• the services you are interested in and when you hope to move

Please share only what we need at this stage. We do not need children’s names or dates of birth to respond to an enquiry.

If you become a client, we collect the information needed to provide our services, such as your preferences for schools, areas, property and lifestyle.

How we use it and our lawful bases

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, because you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract, and in our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To provide the services we agree with you, as part of our contract with you.
• To run our business, for example to keep records and handle complaints, in our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your information, use it for automated decision-making, or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who handle information on our behalf: our email provider (Lark) and our website hosting provider. Our enquiry form is provided by Formspree.
• With your agreement, organisations relevant to your plans, such as schools, estate or letting agents and retailers.
• Our professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our email, form and hosting providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us at info@sanam.uk.com for information about the providers used for your enquiry and any international processing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence. For client records, we consider the duration of our work together, any outstanding questions or disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our using it or transfer it to you or someone else. Email us at info@sanam.uk.com. We will respond within one month.

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
